In Lesson #2, we're going to cover The Historical Apologetic approach. This approach, made popular by John Warwick Montgomery and C.S. Lewis, is critical for the Christian apologist to understand and know.
All of Christianity's claims rest squarely on one historical event: The Resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:16-19, "If Christ has not been raised...we are of all people most to be pitied." But he did rise and the evidence aligns with the resurrection.
