Welcome to Lesson #3: The Radical and Rural Reformation
- About this lesson
- Quiz
In this third session, we're going to take a closer look at the Radical and Rural Reformation, as well as explore the popular culture of the time.
The reformation story that we've told thus far is sometimes referred to as, 'The Magisterial Reformation.' We call it this to distinguish it from the peasants, or 'Radical Reformation.' This, as we will see, is not quite the same thing and it some ways serves as a counter to Luther's reformation.
Let's get to it.
